ROX specialists

ROX has quickly become one of the most popular new SUVs in Al Ain. The ROX 01 is a large 6 or 7-seat SUV that drives on electric motors, with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that only works as a generator to charge the battery.

That engine still needs oil, filters, spark plugs and coolant on schedule, and the car needs care for its AC, brakes, suspension, cameras and 12V battery. We look after all of it. We do not repair the high-voltage battery.

Does the ROX 01 need an oil change?

Yes. The range-extender engine has its own oil and filter, changed every 10,000 km or once a year, even if you mostly drive on electric.

Do you repair the high-voltage battery?

Not at the moment. We service everything around it, and if a fault needs the high-voltage system, we will tell you honestly.

Do you have ROX parts?

We source genuine and OEM-quality parts for service items. If a part needs ordering, we tell you the time before we start.
